Caramelo is a collective project, aimed at creating the perfect, balanced cup. It consists on a blend of the finest naturally processed coffees from small farmers in the Caparao mountains to please both casual coffee lovers and the most discerning palates. The goal is to offer a unique expression of the Caparao terroir, improving it year after year.
