Rwanda – Muhororo

High in the hills of Muhororo, our coffee journey begins with handpicked cherries grown at 1,650 to 2,110 meters above sea level — the secret behind their vibrant, recognizable flavor. Right after harvest, cherries undergo flotation to remove any imperfections before being meticulously hand-sorted and slow-dried on raised African beds for 25–30 days with natural air circulation and sunlight.

Once dried, the beans are carefully stored, hulled, and expertly sorted by skilled local women to maintain consistent, top-tier quality. Finally, each batch is packed in GrainPro and jute bags, preserving freshness and ready for export — delivering outstanding quality, empowering the local community, and championing sustainable practices every step of the way.
